A brief introduction: ScalA allows to assess project approaches that support agricultural good practices with regard to sustainability, climate change responsiveness and the potential for scaling-up. Accordingly, it consists of a multi-step analysis, which is briefly described in the survey below. In order to conduct a complete assessment of the project approach, take one step after the other, starting with ‘Assessment of Scaling-up Factor Importance’. After you have completed the final step –‘Assessment of Scaling-up Potential’ you will find the summarised results of the assessment in a final table (Final Results). For a more detailed description of ScalA's methodology and background please consult the compendium 'Scaling-up of good agricultural practices - The operational assessment tool ScalA' inside the CD cover.
